Purrfect Apparel offers FAST shipping. We ship ePacket (International) as well as UPS Tracking (for products shipped domestically in the US). We ship worldwide and offer discounted worldwide shipping rates. We do not charge for shipping.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Purrfect Apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We are not responsible for out of the United States tariff fees, please check your countries tariff policies before ordering.

Once you submit your order you will receive two emails. The first email is generally received immediately and it confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped and will contain the tracking details for your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped we are able to adjust your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make adjustments. If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please note we do ship out some orders in multiple packages. You will not be charged more than one shipping charge for these packages.
